Half a strategy is no strategy at all. If you don't have an exit plan (and these filters do not) then how do you know if they are useful?
Show the backtest results, please.

Show stocks where price is between 1 and 10 and average volume (90) is above 500000 and price has reached a new 90 day high and dram ma (9) and draw ma (18) and draw ma (27) and rsi is above 75
