10/21/2009 9:32:17 PM ...just an FYI... ...the QQQQs printed a Top Tail, an ODR and ROCdiv today...add to that a 20 day high...then a Close at the 11% day position ! The SPY similarly printed an ODR and ROCdiv and also made a 20 day high...then a Close at the 4% day position ! Expectedly...ditto the above for QLD, SSO & DDM (leveraged Bull ETFs for the 3 Major Indexes) !!! fwiw ----- The ingredients are in place for a bit of a pullback here !!! imo Just sayin' !!! |

Like Jason...this Market...WILL NOT DIE ... BOOO !!! --- After topping patterns yesterday...a late day sell-off...and some downside follow thru this morning ... ...I sat here today and witnessed a slightly unexpected ...IT'S ALIVE ...turnaround ...that held up through the Close !!! SHEEESH !!! Tonight I sit here looking at "bottom patterns" everywhere ...where 24 hours ago there were "top patterns" ...uhhh...everywhere !!! Jason Indeed !!! --- Still not convinced though...that YESTERDAY'S ACTION ... didn't mark a short-term pivot HIGH ! We shall see ! |

10/27/2009 5:21:40 PM uhhh...some of the aforementioned (intra-day) "Tails" got...well..."tucked" (so to speak)...but, many didn't ! Many morphed into ODRs and ROCdiv...and...so...what can I say...I "nibbled" !!! That is to say...I got LONG some names ! fwiw ----- Actually, I believe the "trend" of short-term momentum is (still) bearish...and... ...am therefore approaching these LONG positions as counter-trend trades ! Risky ? Somewhat ! |
