the question is should I sell the rally or to buy the dip? I will be a buyer at the 20day.. but prob will sell the next decent resistance.

I've been playing around with this one. Simple...
symlist(tna,fas)
RSI(3) is below 10
draw RSI(3) line at 15
Ironically has a better success hit if you specify 'close is below MA(200), but fewer trades. Exit is close above MA(5)

TZA triggered here on my oversold filter.
Let see how she does.. the deal is you buy at the open tomorrow and hold 2 days.. stop loss is 5% and take profit at 12% or sell at close of 2nd day.
