Put a balloon in a large vacuum chamber much farther from the walls than the small amount of air stored inside the balloon could even have any effect on, and when the balloon is popped, it will fly around exactly as it would at sea level. Rockets work the same way — the mere act of expelling part of its mass is what generates thrust, not how that expelled mass interacts with other mass separate from the rocket.
and who says space is a vacuum, how do we test that if we never got there???

The flat earth thing was just a hobby listening to podcasts was fun for me. So much that just doesn't make sense about the globe model like how you can see buildings from many miles away you shouldn't see according to NASAs math etc. but I definitely know no one has landed on any moon. Stanley Kubrick directed the moon landing. It's all there if you dig deep enough. He hung with NASA.
