After this fantastic week the sexy Filipina wife (who is 38 and I’m 54 so I have to keep up with) and I decided to look into buying a condo for my boy who will be graduating hs. soon in La Jolla. Doing this so he has a place to stay when he goes to college. It’s just 50 minutes from us. Found some real nice places for 400-600k which is still pretty cheap for Cali, would love to get something on the beach but even 1brs. are 1-2mill. Great place to live, tons of great restaurants etc.
Those yearly fees are pretty high though.
This week will determine long term direction of the market, if it doesn’t drop it will be not just a bull but a raging bull.

So I made statements over the last 3 years that the economy would crash and disease, riots and famine would follow. My other thread contained several of these calls but was removed.
No hi5s🖐🏾 those were astronomical calls and look how much fun we’ve had.

After all this volatility subsides, this market could get very sleepy for 10 years with a slow climb that bores and provokes everyone to make bad moves out of lack of entertainment. Just a casino with gamblers looking for a fix. Just get out of the market. Good advice for itchy fingers.

Long overdue for my every 3 year flight to Greece. I’d go if I didn’t have to wear a mask on the plane for 16 hours. So dumb. Nothing like waking up to go to the bakery to get a fresh ham n cheese or chocolate croissant.Then an afternoon swim in the ever so tranquil Mediterranean Sea. Followed by a beautiful Greek lunch consisting of a feta Greek salad with extra virgin olive oil French fries with some grilled meats or fish. Then a nice 3 hour siesta followed by a warm solar powered shower around 9pm before a stroll by the bay, maybe a nice European style pizza with a beer or 2 at an outdoor cafe with Greek music playing everywhere as Greeks start heading out around 10pm even on work nights!! They say you haven’t lived till you’ve been to Greece and they are right.

Not feeling the market today, can go either way. TNA low 27.01 which means it did not break 27 being a round number like it usually does so it could drop. On the other hand it could run.
Anyone ever do a test on a liquid stock to see how fast it fills to see if it will move up? I did and it took Tna several seconds to fill. Only costs 5 bucks.
