Ham and cheese omelet is good but their coffee is crap.
Cracker barrel is way better.

Yes Cracker Barrel is better.
Looks like market is going long and strong unless it’s a head fake.

Looks like they’re trying to shake out daytraders with all the reversals for the long haul up. I really don’t know.

I love the stock market. I’ve made millions trading it. And when I lose, I get pissed off and I go back to my roots and add another rental Condo to the fold. It’s a win win situation. Gonna pick up another small condo in La Jolla for my youngest daughter, she’s 14, but will be perfect for her college. Man these are pricey and fees are like 8-12k a year but what a beautiful area with nice beaches and restaurants. Everyone should do this for their kids.

The stock market is a place for losers and bad decision makers. It’s too late for you but next time you’re re-born, if the real estate market is low, buy a cheap 2br. Condo for about 30-50k every 2 years. And by the time you are 36, you can retire like me!! I do also rent a handful of detached homes, you have to diversify.

Average return on rentals in Chicagoland is 4%. Being a master negotiator, I like to offer 40% below list price, I was able to get great deals and generate rental cap rates of up to 16% Then I have the lovely Asian wife deal with all the tenants while I lay around or go to the pool since she’s so smooth, it just works out well.
